Digital delivery

Applied Upside sells digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped, and there are no physical shipping charges for digital products.

Receiving your files

After checkout is completed and any required payment is confirmed, a download email is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Delivery is normally automatic; payment processing or technical issues can cause a delay. Check your spam or promotions folder if the email does not arrive.

Before you buy

Check the product description for the included files, formats and any software requirements. Any product-specific delivery date or access conditions will be stated in the product description.

Download help

If you cannot find your download email, your link does not work, or a file will not open, email support@appliedupside.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We will help you access the files you purchased.
